Find the Spring in Your Spine!
Strength, Stamina and a Supple Spine

A SvaroopaŽ Yoga Workshop
with Solveig Corbin, CSYT

Saturday, May 4th from 2pm-5pm
Cost is $55

Strength, stamina and a supple spine are all attainable, all at the same time. Come and explore this in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating 3 hour SvaroopaŽ Yoga workshop.

Generally, in life, we inadvertently sacrifice (tighten) our spines when using or strengthening our bodies. As the spine tightens, we lose spinal mobility; we end up with back or neck pain and lose our energy that no longer flows through our spines. You may notice this as not being able to touch your toes or turn your head to see behind you. And certainly we are probably no longer doing back walkovers (at a certain age)!

But, what if you could free up your spine AND have strength and stamina?

In this SvaroopaŽYoga workshop you will learn to access the spring in your spine and the strength and energy in your body, and discover how it all works together for ease of movement and ultimate well-being.
