Whether you are looking for a beginning yoga class, looking for a meditative style of yoga, or wanting a more movement oriented class, we have a class for you. We are beginner-friendly and offer many great classes for beginners as well as for seasoned practictioners.

Inner Sound Meditation
Inner Sound Meditation Class begins this Sunday, September 28th at 7:30am. Drop Ins are welcome.
Connect from within, for all who can and can NOT sing! We will:
Build up the Superhealth meditation using rhythm, breath and mantra.
Explore the 7 harmonic "surs" or sounds, their character, relation to the human body.
Practice 6 progressive steps of focused listening to fully experience a raag, beginning with Raag Sarang, to clear negativity and quiet the mind.
