Kundalini Yoga

New Sunday morning Kundalini class! Come for FREE this Sunday, August 10th from 8:45am-10:15am.

Kundalini Yoga is a remarkable system for keeping the entire body strong and balanced, particularly the nervous system and endocrine system, which become overtaxed in our constantly “tapped-in” society. Its unique combination of physical asana, pranayam (breathing exercises), mantra and meditation are designed to work on specific body systems to help remove toxins, increase energy and vitality, relieve stress, anger, tension, emotional pain and support all aspects of the mind-body-spirit connection. Kundalini yoga also promotes a deep sense of inner-awareness and connection to help uncover the jewel that lies deep within each one of us.

Experience Inner Sound Meditation before this class from 7:30am-8:30am (also free this Sunday, August 10th!) Both classes led by Dhanpreet Kaur.

Inner Sound Meditation

Inner Sound Meditation Class begins September 28th. Free sample class this Sunday, August 10th from 7:30am-8:30am. And an Inner Sound Workshop on Sunday, Sept. 21st from 2-4pm.

In the ambrosial hours of the morning, wake up to the tones and beats of your inner song and make your mind your friend. In the footsteps of Guru Nanak, we will chant and learn to listen deep within, catch the thread of life and act with it. Working with the senses is a yogic path to natural discipline, fulfillment and oneness.

Tuning the nervous stystem, balancing the brain - the doer and the dreamer, with tones and rhythm, breath and movement. You will also experience and unveil the healing power of Raags, musical compositions within a specific set of harmonic rules and emotional projection.

Hatha Yoga

Class meets Thursday mornings: 6:30am-7:30am

Rise and shine with Hatha Yoga. This class uses asana (poses) as well as breath to energize and bring balance to all of the physical systems of the body, as well as clarity, presence and peace to the mind. Through stillness, students are encouraged to practice in a manor that sheds light on their true nature. This is a welcoming environment for all levels of students (some experience with yoga is preferred, but not required). Drop in and give it a try!
