At Nokomis Yoga in South Minneapolis, we offer yoga classes for every body
Whether you are looking for a beginning yoga class, looking for a meditative style of yoga, or wanting a more movement oriented class, we have a class for you. We are beginner-friendly and offer many great classes for beginners as well as for seasoned practictioners.

Ask your instructor which class might better suit your needs. We have a great variety of classes in many different styles of yoga.
We are located in Minneapolis on the eastern shore of Lake Nokomis in the Shops at Nokomis Beach.
Class prices vary by instructor. See the instructor page. Cash or check preferred. Some instructors will accept credit cards. Pay at the time of your class. Drop ins are welcome to all classes at all times.

NEW CLASS! Hatha Yoga Flow with Sarah Kalweit on Friday mornings at 9:30am through May. Then class resumes in June, at 8:30am on Fridays beginning on June 19th.
